The Parent Wounds Healing Workbook is a guided therapeutic resource for adults ready to understand and heal the emotional injuries rooted in their earliest relationships. Many people carry hidden wounds from parents or caregivers—abandonment, emotional neglect, criticism, enmeshment, or unmet needs—that later show up as survival-based patterns like people-pleasing, boundary struggles, over-functioning, self-doubt, or emotional shutdown.

Through clear psychoeducation and gentle, structured exercises—reflection prompts, inner-child work, somatic check-ins, narrative reframing, and boundary-building tools—readers are helped to connect what happened, what they learned to believe, and how it still affects them today. The workbook honors the complexity of parent-child dynamics while offering a compassionate path toward clarity, grief, self-trust, and generational healing. It reminds readers they can hold two truths at once: love their parents and name the harm, understand the story and still choose their own restoration.
